We are a revolutionary marketing firm looking to recruit a highly motivated Junior Commercial Manager as part of the wider Business Services team. The Business Services team supports the entire business, and without it Futureproof would not be the success that it is today. This is a unique role, and will give you the chance to be involved in both the financial and commercial sides of the business.
Business Services supports the other four departments in the business: Brand Management, Strategy, Creative and Digital. Brand Management are the main client contacts, and are also responsible for the finances of their projects, from contract pricing (fixed price) to tracking efficiency and reporting income against targets.
The commercial side of this role will require you to work closely with our 14 Brand Management staff to ensure that we are winning profitable work and delivering it efficiently. As such, you will have strong commercial acumen combined with exceptional interpersonal skills. You will also have exposure to Business Development, which also sits within the Business Services team.
You will also work closely with Senior Finance Manager (SFM) in supporting with financial planning, tracking, budgeting and reporting. This will include certain month end responsibilities, although our Accounts Assistant also supports in this process. Significant responsibility will be given to you at an early stage, and you will be required to be proactive and autonomous in your delivery. A ‘can-do’ attitude is a must, combined with great problem-solving skills.

We’re looking to recruit a Digital Project Manager (with a technical background) who will be responsible for planning and delivering high quality, targeted digital marketing campaigns and overseeing the production and continual development of large-scale web applications. As DPM, you will work alongside our internal development team, Creative, Strategy and Brand Management departments, as well as key client stakeholders, and external specialist suppliers. You will manage the projects from beginning to completion, which will include selecting the appropriate technology, securing resources, managing budgets, planning and scoping (including development of sitemaps, wireframes and functional specs), and managing the development and QA teams.
You will need to have excellent technical project management skills, and knowledge and experience of all aspects of digital project delivery, including CMS systems, User Experience best practice, mobile and social platforms, search and online advertising. You should be up to date with trends and technologies within the digital and marketing world, be commercially aware, and have experience of using detailed analysis of online metrics to help build a business case.
